How OfferFox handles your information

OfferFox needs job and resume information to work. This page explains what that means in plain language.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Information you provide

  • Job links, job descriptions, notes, saved roles, statuses, and analysis results.
  • Resume text, candidate profile details, and Resume Studio drafts you choose to save.
  • Account details needed for login, syncing, credits, and product access.
  • Feedback submissions, including contact details if you choose to include them.

How OfferFox uses it

  • Read job requirements and point out likely matches, risks, and next steps.
  • Draft resume wording from the background you provide and the role you selected.
  • Save and sync your workspace when you are signed in.
  • Fix bugs, answer feedback, and improve confusing parts of the product.

AI processing

Some features send job or resume-related content to AI services so OfferFox can return an analysis or draft. Review the output before using it, and avoid adding sensitive details that the job-search task does not need.

Your choices

Use the feedback page if you have a privacy question, need something corrected, or want to flag a data-handling concern. Guest storage and signed-in sync can behave differently, so include which mode you were using.
